H Design Group LLC is the project architect for Glen 91, a multifamily development in Glendale, Arizona. The apartment complex will feature stucco and metal panels on the exterior, according to the architects. The four-story, 296-unit project will span 320,000 square feet, with amenities including commercial kitchens, a cyber lounge, co-working space, dog park, pickleball and bocce ball courts, and an outdoor entertainment center. The general contractor has yet to be determined. Engineering work is by Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. (Virginia), civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is expected to be completed in October 2021.
