American Products addition and renovation

Buddy Webb & Co. Inc. is the project architect for the interior and exterior renovation of an existing office building and a 700-square-foot addition for American Products, a manufacturer of telecommunications and electrical enclosure solutions. Exterior upgrades include metal paneling, a new storefront and signage. Site improvements include new parking, landscaping and lighting. With Kenmar Construction Inc. as general contractor, the addition will create a covered entry with a vestibule and lobby, and the existing reception area will be redesigned. JS Smith Consulting Engineers PC is the structural engineer, and CJD Engineering LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The project is slated for completion by July.
