BRP Architects designed a 40,000-square-foot, four-story headquarters for Legacy Bank & Trust Co. Base Construction & Management LLC is the general contractor on the building that will include 1,600 square feet of retail banking space on the first floor, along with 4,500 square feet of customer-centered workspace. The remaining three floors will consist of class A office space to house the bank’s centralized operations, executive team and community development divisions. Engineering work is by Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; J&M Engineering LLC, structural; frankZdesign LLC, landscape; and Conway Duncan Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is slated for completion by June 2021.
