American Products addition and renovation

Buddy Webb & Co. Inc. is the architect for an interior and exterior renovation of American Products’ office building, as well as a 900-square-foot addition. Exterior upgrades include pre-engineered metal panels, a new storefront and signage. The building addition creates a covered entry with a vestibule and lobby area. The existing reception area has been redesigned with a new layout and finishes. Site improvements include new parking, landscaping and lighting. Engineering work is provided by JS Smith Consulting Engineers PC (Joplin), structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project is slated for completion in September.
Dame Chiropractic LLC emerged as the new name of Harshman Chiropractic Clinic LLC with the purchase of the business; Leo Kim added a second venture, Keikeu LLC, to 14 Mill Market; and Mercy Springfield Communities opened its second primary care clinic in Ozark.
