Liberty Bank’s 17th branch – and sixth Springfield location – is on target for completion in early May, according to Tim Flavin of general contractor Wirt-Flavin Construction. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the architect and the structural engineer for the 3,775-square-foot full-service bank. Anderson Engineering Inc. is the civil engineer and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the bank, which has an estimated cost of $625,000.
