GRS Construction LLC is the general contractor for Legacy Bank & Trust Co.’s Rogersville branch. The 8,000-square-foot facility was designed by architect Craig A. Schneider of Esterly Schneider & Associates. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Kansas City-based Bob D. Campbell & Co. is the structural engineer. A. Deckard Interiors LLC is the interior designer. The bank will have a lobby, five drive-through lanes and an automated teller machine, as well as offices, a vault and a conference room. G.R. Stovall of GRS Construction said the bank is eyeing a late May opening date.
