Gretna Plaza, a $1 million retail center, is scheduled to open April 30 for owner/developer Missouri Partners Inc. MPI Construction is the general contractor for the 15,000-square-foot building, which is divided into 1,500-square-foot tenant spaces. Branson-based General Design Inc. is the architect, and another Branson firm, Mesa Consulting Engineers, is the civil engineer.
