Flintco Inc. is building a 22,000-square-foot, multiuse family life center at First Baptist Church of Branson. According to Dwight Ellett, who’s overseeing the project for the church, the exterior shell of the building will be finished the first week of May, and infill will be completed once the church raises the balance of the $2 million project cost. The center will have a 100-by-50 half basement and a walking track on the second level when it’s finished. Sowell & Russell Architects Inc. of Conway, Ark., is the architect and civil engineer. Little Rock-based Entech Engineering is the structural engineer, and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer.
