General Contractor Walton Construction Co. LLC continues work on Evangel University’s Administration Building, which will anchor the campus quadrangle and provide space for student development, business and finance, institutional development, computer services and the office of university President Robert Spence. Sapp Design Associates Architects PC designed the 69,000-square-foot facility. Engineers were Allstate Consultants PC of Columbia, structural; and Olsson Associates Inc., civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. To make room for this structure, the school demolished the last of its World War II-era barracks.
