Spring 2008 Project Report: Branson Park Apartments

Twenty-four of a total 146 units of the Branson Park Apartments have been completed for owner/developer Branson Park LLC. According to documents on file with the Missouri Secretary of State, Mark M. Tendai III of Springfield is the organizer of Branson Park LLC. Units range from one to four bedrooms, starting at 950 square feet. The general contractor is Springfield-based Park Place Properties LLC, and James B. O’Donnell III of Republic is the architect. Engineers are Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; and Battlefield-based Pond Creek Design, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
