Spring 2008 Project Report: Battlefield Office Park

Morelock-Ross Builders Inc. is the general contractor for two buildings that comprise Magers Management Co.’s Battlefield Office Park. Slone Architects PC designed the structures, which are each 10,050 square feet and have matching footprints. The engineers are Edelman Engineering, structural; Lee Engineering Associates LLC, civil; and Crocker Consulting Engineers Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Metropolitan National Bank is the lender for developer Randy Magers’ project, which has an estimated cost of $1.6 million, according to permits on file with the city of Springfield. Battlefield Office Park is scheduled for completion in June, according to Magers Management Co. property manager Shannon Handwerker.
