Leasing agent Ken Schwab has leased space to a new restaurant franchise, Indigo Joe’s Sports Bar, which is scheduled to open Monday.
The sports-themed family restaurant will occupy 4,703 square feet of space, plus an 800-square-foot patio area, at the center, 1440 W. Republic Road. Franchisee Joe Blasingim will manage operations.
Indigo Joe’s serves a full menu that includes salads, chicken wings, sandwiches, hamburgers, ribs and steaks. The restaurant will have wireless voice boxes, a TV wall, plasma TVs, a coaches’ wall and a kids’ game room.
The chain has 25 locations nationwide and is adding an average of 15 new restaurants per years.
Brown Derby Stores Inc. also has leased about 3,500 square feet of space at Quail Creek, which was completed in January. The store will offer wine and spirits.
