Splenda owner Heartland Food Products has penned a deal to purchase Slimfast from Glanbia.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Glanbia acquired Slimfast along with Healthy Delights and Nu-Therapy for $350 million in 2018 from Unilever.
