Spencer Fane invests $5.5M on KC headquarters

Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP is nearly finished renovation and expanding its downtown Kansas City headquarters.

The law firm is investing $5.5 million on three floors of office space in the Commerce Bank building, according to the Kansas City Business Journal.

Construction began in October and is slated to finish by July.

Spencer Fane's Springfield attorneys plan to move May 1 into the Farmers Park development, according to Springfield Business Journal archives.
