Special prosecutor clears Greitens' legal team

A special prosecutor cleared former Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens' legal team of wrongdoing.

His attorneys had been accused of threatening St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, who last year charged Greitens with invasion of privacy for allegedly taking an unauthorized photo of a woman during an extramarital affair.

The special prosecutor, retired Boone County Associate Circuit Judge Michael Bradley, said there was no evidence that the attorneys tried to "harass, intimidate or threaten the circuit attorney."
