Project description: A new 24-hour response station is being built in Sparta for the Christian County Ambulance District. The facility is intended to replace the district’s existing 900-square-foot station that was built in 1992 with 6,000 square feet to support improved response capabilities in eastern Christian County and the growing Sparta community, project officials say. The station covers Sparta west to Ozark, south to Rogersville and east to areas that include Chadwick, Bruner and Goodhope. The architect is Torgerson Design Partners LLC. Engineers are Cochran Engineering, civil; RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
