Barbara Sugg, president and CEO of the Southwest Power Pool, is retiring after 35 years with the organization.
She plans to exit in April next year. The power pool's board of directors has hired Chicago search firm Heidrick & Struggles to find a new CEO.
Southwest Power Pool, which is based in Little Rock, Arkansas, has a 14-state footprint.
