Residents of the Anderson, Diamond, Neosho and Seneca areas can now take advantage of a First Home Fund.
The Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, Iowa, is providing more than 95 communities with access to the fund. The money can be used for down payments, closing costs and for rural first-time home buyers.
Community Bank and Trust will be the financial institution to administer these funds in each community.
