The Coleman Co., a subsidiary of Sunbeam Corporation, has acquired Coleman Spas Inc. by MAAX Inc.
Coleman Spas produces and sells portable spas and accessories.
MAAX sold the company for $18 million and plans to license the Coleman trademark for the portable spas.
