Electric customers in the Neosho area can expect checks to arrive in the mail soon.
New-Mac Electric Cooperative announced last month that it would be mailing end-of-the-year customer refunds as early as December.
The co-op, which has nearly 14,000 customers in Newton and McDonald Counties in Missouri, will hand out a $200,000 rate refund next month.
Individual refunds will be based on the amount of electricity each customer uses next month.
