Cable One has been ranked first in a national study rating companies for their on-time service.

The study, the second to be conducted by the National Cable Television Association, evaluated cable operators for arriving on time for service appointments and completing assignments.

"In Joplin, our Cable One technicians arrive early or on time for service calls 99 percent of the time," said Jim Perry, district manager.

Cable One, the cable division of the Washington Post Co., operates 61 cable systems serving 635,000 subscribers in 16 states.
