David B. Rayburn has been promoted to the position. He will be responsible for all domestic equipment-manufacturing operations and corporate-wide information services.
Taking on the position of managing director of the European automotive business unit will be James R. Ruiseh.
John Drone will become managing director of the European central administration, and John Hankey will assume the position of general manager of the Heavy Duty and Industrial Division.
