Commerce Bank of Joplin sponsored a "Commerce Campsite Day" at Cecil Floyd Elementary last month.
The bank built nine different campsites, including a replica from the Civil War, a covered wagon, a tee-pee and a modern tent.
This outdoor event is held every year by Commerce Bank. The campsite theme was chosen to tie in with Joplin's 125th birthday.
Commerce Bank is the Business Partner in Education for Cecil Floyd Elementary School. It sponsors many events throughout the school year for the students.
