Commercial Metals Co. of Texas has bought Central Non-Ferrous Inc.
Central is a metal-recycling company with plants in Joplin, Kansas and Oklahoma.
Greg and John Fauvergue, sons of Central owners George and Earleen Fauvergue, will operate the Joplin and Independence, Kan., plants.
