St. John's Regional Medical Center is using new technology to help an area children's hospital.
St. John's has announced its recent utilization of telemedicine technology for the transmission of echocardiogram tests to pediatric cardiologists at Kansas City's Children's Mercy Hospital.
St. John's pediatricians have used the service and say the new system has eliminated mail delay and speeded results turnaround.
