The Joplin Chamber of Commerce is continuing its efforts to help local businesses be the best they can be.
The chamber is offering two more education and training opportunities.
Bill Drury will present a seminar titled "Knock Your Socks Off" Sept. 10. The seminar is designed to create team vision, better communication, build pride and confront problems.
Oct. 20, the chamber, along with Freeman Health System, will co-sponsor a seminar titled "Hell Hath No Fury Like a Customer Scorned."
Nancy Friedman, America's foremost speaker on customer telephone service skills, will present the program.
