The Center for Women's Health at St. John's Regional Medical Center will host a PRIME PLUS, Red Hot Mamas program at 7 p.m. Sept. 21 in the Mercy Conference Center.
The program is a national menopause management education program for women of all ages.
The programs are free and open to the public.
