The continuing education program at Missouri Southern State College, Joplin, has added a new class.
The customer service skills certificate program will be offered through MSSC on Southern Instructional Television.
Interested persons can take the course either by television or on campus. The cable channel is available in Aurora, Carthage, Lamar, Monett, Neosho and Pierce City.
