Gulf States Paper Corp., on 32nd Street in Joplin, has announced two staff changes.
Larry Willis has been named to the position of production shift superintendent for the company. A native of Carthage, Willis has worked for Gulf States Paper since 1990.
Rick Kennedy has joined the company as plant engineer and maintenance superintendent. Kennedy is a native of Oklahoma and holds an engineering management and electrical engineering degree from the University of Missouri-Rolla.

Adrianna Norris became a first-time business owner with the opening of Finley River Chiropractic; PaPPo’s Pizzeria & Pub launched its newest location; and Huey Magoo’s opened its second store in the Ozarks.
