The vice president of the Joplin Chamber of Commerce is moving up.
Tracey Osborne has been elected president of Chamber of Commerce Executives of Missouri.
Her term will last through 1999. During that time, Osborne and the association will sponsor training conferences for chamber staff while promoting cooperation among Missouri chambers.
