After 30 years in the same Joplin location, Cycle Connection is revved up about doubling its space in a new building.

Ground-breaking ceremonies were held Jan. 5 for a 15,000-square-foot building at 50th and Main streets in Joplin. Construction will cost more than $1 million and is expected to be complete by mid-June.

The shop sells Harley-Davidson motorcycles, clothes and accessories and also services motorcycles.

Nancy Mills Hutson is the owner of Cycle Connection.
