Tina Helms, of Carthage, has been promoted to manager of Euclid Home in Carthage.
She is responsible for coordinating daily habilitative supports and services for persons serving in the home, and personnel management.
She was also honored with the Employee Recognition Award for her dedication and efforts to provide help to individuals with disabilities.
