Lowell Davis held his last art show earlier this month with a final signing of his artwork.
The sale was held in the General Store of his tourist attraction, Red Oak II. Along with the sale of much of his artwork, Davis is also closing down the town he built as an attraction, stating that it didn't bring in enough money to pay the county sales tax.
An auction of many items from the town was held earlier this month.

April 7 was the official opening day for Mexican-Italian fusion restaurant Show Me Chuy after a soft launch that started March 31; marketing agency AdZen debuted; and the Almighty Sando Shop opened a brick-and-mortar space.
