Larry Perney, of Strafford, began work in internal communications at the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce Jan. 19. Perney will produce the organization's Flash Fax, monthly newsletter and other publication projects, as well as developing a new chamber web site.
He holds a degree in communications management from Southwest Missouri State University and has worked in communications, graphics, sales and marketing in the Springfield area, most recently for Select Distributors.
