Kidney Disease Center of the Ozarks recently erected its new sign after opening in Branson Aug. 18. Head Nurse Kevin Martie said the outpatient hemodialysis center, a 2,000-square-foot office located on Missouri Highway 248, has 11 treatment chairs and is capable of treating three shifts of patients each day.

Martie said the center has a large number of vacationing patients, in addition to its local patient base. Dr. Robert Saylor, of Springfield, is director of the Branson center, which is a satellite office of the center in Springfield, Martie said.
