Several Branson businesses have teamed up with the Branson Hospitality Group to sponsor a series of courses for area employees on hospitality.
The business partners include Branson Outdoor, Inc., Coca-Cola, Factory Shoppes, Tanger Factory Outlet, The Grand Village, NatureGraphics, Ozarks Discovery IMAX Theater and The Vacation Channel.
Trainer Terri Tucker Dickensheet, of Tucker Resources and formerly with
the Legendary University of Silver Dollar City, will present two separate courses.
The courses will cover such topics as the top 10 things every customer-focused Branson employee should know; the difference between customer and guest; experiencing Branson through the guest's eyes; and Thumbs Up service.
Upon completion of the training course, participants will be "certified" as professional hospitality directors and will receive a "PHD" lapel pin.
When PHDs are selected by their employers for exceptional customer service, they will become eligible for prizes, plus personalized plaques and recognition on-air from The Vacation Channel.
Those who want more information about the courses and fees may call Branson Hospitality Group at 335-3554.[[In-content Ad]]
