Pie-Annie's Sandwiches, Sweet Treats & Gift Boutique is scheduled to open March 1 in the upstairs area of the Jim Stafford Theatre. Jim and Ann Stafford own the dessert shop and gift boutique, which will be open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The restaurant will offer lunches, light dinners, specialty desserts and box meals for take-out or delivery to motels. The gift shop will offer ladies apparel and accessories, designer baby clothes, dolls and a wide selection of toys and collectibles.
Stafford said he plans to go to Pie-Annie's after every show to sign autographs, and will spend some evenings at the restaurant playing his guitar and jamming with other entertainers.
