Silver Dollar City's World-Fest opens April 10 and will run through May 10. More than 400 performers will be on hand to demonstrate their international forms of music, dance, costumes and culture. New this year is the Areyto Ballet Folklorico Oficial de Puerto Rico; Beni Ameur, a music and dance group from Algeria; Runa Pacha, presenting music of Ecuador and the Peruvian Andes; Bodrog, of Hungary; and Innsterne, a female German Oktoberfest band.
The new, original show RhythmDance, combining the precision and cadence of Irish dancers and American cloggers, will also be showcased.
Another new feature of the World-Fest, is the Cuisine and Cultures area, where guests can dine at an international buffet with the World-Fest performers.
