Rapid Cable, formerly Rural Missouri Cable TV Inc., has remodeled both the exterior and interior of the cable television office to include a new customer service payment office. Bill Fischer, marketing director for Rapid Cable, said the company has also extended business hours to 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m-5 p.m. Saturday.

Beginning April 1, the company added seven new cable networks for a total of 39 networks in its service area in Hollister and parts of rural Taney County.

The new networks are American Movie Classics, ESPN2, The History Channel, Fox News, Comedy Central, Sci-Fi and Trinity.
