The former Crowne Plaza Hotel of Branson has been renamed the Radisson Hotel Branson. The 500-room hotel is located at 120 S. Wildwood Drive near the Andy Williams Moon River Theater.
Employees at the Radisson Hotel Branson will participate in Radisson's guest relations and training program called "Yes I Can!" The program has received widespread recognition throughout the industry and is designed to translate Radisson's philosophy of hospitality excellence to front-line employees.
The hotel's general manager is Tammy Johnson. Radisson Hotels Worldwide, based in Minneapolis, and its parent company, Carlson Hospitality Worldwide, comprise 470 lodging locations in 42 countries, plus five cruise ships.
