Skaggs Community Health Center registered occupational therapist Rick Heiser was selected from more than 1,500 applicants for one of six openings at the Houston Hand Therapy Fellowship.
Beginning in mid-January, Heiser will attend the 12-week advanced clinical training course at Texas Women's University on the most advanced hand and upper-extremity treatment techniques now available worldwide.
