The Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Missouri Division of Tourism will co-sponsor a fish fry on Table Rock Lake May 6 to celebrate National Tourism Day. Local entertainers have been invited to be on hand to greet visitors.
Also, the chamber of commerce reported that Jeff Sims, president of Compton Ridge Campground, was selected to attend the first-ever Congressional Small Business Summit June 17-19 in Washington, D.C. Sims will be one of 500 delegates developing an agenda for the small- business community.
