A second Branson Shorty Small's Restaurant opened April 25 on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway. Called Shorty Small's Roadhouse Buffet, the restaurant seats 320, including group tours, and offers buffet-only dining for lunch and dinner, according to General Manager Lory Wheeler.
Wheeler, who previously worked for six years at the Shorty Small's Restaurant at The Falls in Branson, said the new restaurant employs about 20 people. Wheeler said all the food, including bakery items, is prepared on site by a professional chef.
