One million dollars is up for grabs in the Mitsubishi Electronics' Million-Dollar Hole-in-One for Habitat. The tournament, at Ledgestone Golf Course, will benefit Mountain Country Habitat for Humanity in its "Blitz Build" in 1998.
Qualifying times to try for the $1 million are 7:30-10:30 a.m. and again 3:30-6:30 p.m. May 11-16. Two closest-to-the-hole winners from each day will compete in the final shoot-out at 1:30 p.m. May 17. In addition to the $1 million cash hole, there is one $5,000 cash hole, two $2,500 cash holes and several other prizes.
Entry costs are $10 for three balls, $15 for five balls, $25 for eight balls and $50 for 20 balls. Tickets can be purchased at the Ledgestone Golf Course driving range or from about 20 Branson-area businesses. For more information, call 335-2015.
