The Midwest Hospitality Expo 1998 has been set for Aug. 25 at the Chateau on the Lake near Branson.
Presented by the Branson Area Lodging Association, the event includes exhibits, lunch and a presentation by guest speaker Bill Scatchard, known as a leading expert on pricing for hotels and editor of one of the lodging industries' largest newsletters.
His program is titled "Rate and Occupancy Strategies to Help You Maximize Revenue."
The expo is targeted to hotel, motel and resort owners, theaters, attractions and other tourism-related operators. For more information about the expo, call the Lodging Association at 332-1400.
