Myer Hotels of Branson has purchased the 95-unit Cinnamon Inn at the corner of Shepherd of the Hills Expressway and Missouri Highway 76 near the Country Tonite Theater.
According to Carrol Myer, president of the company, "The Cinnamon Inn will add a new dimension to our company. The Cinnamon Inn is a mid-scale property while other hotels owned by Myer Hotels are considered upper mid-scale."
Chris Myer, vice president of marketing for the company, said that some changes would be made to the property, which reopened May 1.
Other hotels owned by the company include the Best Western Knights Inn, Best Western Music Capital Inn and the Comfort Inn in Branson.
