In conjunction with the Missouri Restaurant Association and Ozark Technical Community College, the Branson Health Department is sponsoring the 10th annual Applied Food Service Sanitation course beginning Sept. 2.
The four-week course will be held 5-9 p.m. each Wednesday at the Branson Community Center. The course is designed for food managers and will be taught by John Sunny, a certified culinary educator, from Ozarks Technical Community College.
