Branson Planning Administrator Chris Coutler has been certified as a member of American Institute of Certified Planners.
Coutler, with the city of Branson for about 18 months, was required to have specific education and experience, and to pass an examination to be certified. The AICP has certified 11,000 planners nationwide, including city, regional, urban and rural planners.
