Rapid Cable Inc. of Branson delivered two pickup truck loads of food items to the local Christian Action Ministry to be distributed to the area's needy families.
According to the cable company's general manager, Bill Fischer, cable television subscribers and other residents of the Branson-Hollister area donated the food items.
Rapid Cable offered a waiver of installation or upgrade fees for those who made contributions.
