Paul Rasmussen has been named president of International Tourist Entertainment Corporation Attractions, which owns and operates the IMAX Entertainment Complex in Branson. Rasmussen came to ITEC a year ago as the corporation's controller.
Rasmussen replaces Kelvyn Cullimore, who has served as president of ITEC Attractions since its founding in l986. Cullimore will continue to serve on the corporation's board of directors and act as a special consultant to the IMAX Entertainment Complex.
Cullimore will also focus on his position as chairman of the board of Dynatronics Corporation in Salt Lake City. Dynatronics, a significant shareholder in ITEC Attractions, manufactures and markets medical devices.
"Kelvyn Cullimore has developed a successful business strategy for the IMAX Entertainment Complex," Rasmussen said. "We are committed to continuing his unique legacy of proactive product development and outstanding hospitality and customer service."
